Sales and marketing, and customer service and support topped respondents’ list of targeted areas for capital spending in 2006, according to the “National Glass Association Competitiveness Survey.” The majority of survey respondents consisted of privately held dealer/ retailers with annual sales of less than $5 million that depend on auto glass replacement sales for the majority of their income.
