Energy Select

AGC Glass Company North America recently launched the Energy Select line of low-E coated glass products for architectural applications.

 

Houdini

From Bendheim, Houdini is a decorative architectural glass that delivers the benefits of both privacy and daylight.

 

Thermochromic glass

Aldora is now a certified fabricator of RavenBrick’s thermochromic glass, RavenWindow, for the Southeastern United States.

 

Creanza Interiors

Cristacurva introduced the Creanza Interiors line of decorative glass that includes Creanza Color, Creanza Print and more.

 

Heat soaking services

Consolidated Glass now offers heat soaking services to detect nickel sulfide inclusions that can cause fractures and onsite breakage of tempered glass.

 

Alice ‘faded’ glass

Using Alice direct-to-glass printing, GGI can paint, print or treat the back surface of glass to produce the increasingly popular “faded” color finish, it reports.

 

Tempered glass in 3/8- and 1/2-inch thicknesses

Gardner Glass Products expanded its tempering capabilities to include fully fabricated 3/8- and ½-inch products for shower enclosures, all-glass interior storefronts, entrance doors and stair railings.

Glenny Glass Co. now offers insulating glass with internal, aluminum mini-blinds for commercial and residential applications.

MPrint, M3 Glass Technologies’ latest offering, prints fullcolor, high gloss images on glass lites with ceramic inks at 720 DPI.

 

Prel-Design in-glass printing

Prelco’s Prel-Design in-glass printing allows customers to reproduce images and photos on one or several glass lites, or to enlarge and divide an image over several lites.

 

Bifold glass door system

PRL introduced an exterior Accordion Sliding Bifold Door System. The company fabricates the doors using aluminum and tempered IG units to produce a durable, strong and long-lasting door.

 

Renovate Platinum Plus Series

The Renovate Window Retrofit Technology system from J.E. Berkowitz uses an interior glazing method to hermetically seal a factory-made insulating glass unit to an existing monolithic glass window with a warm-edge TriSeal spacer.

 

Forced-entry, fire-resistive glazing

SuperSecure II-XLS 45 to 120 is the first and only clear, forced-entry and fire-resistive glazing to meet Class A-1 per California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation 860-09a, ASTM F1915 Grade 1-3 and ASTM E-119/UL 263/NFPA 251 with hose stream up to two hours.
