The basics: Museum Park Tower IV, the 36-story luxury condominium tower in the 30-acre Museum Park development in Chicago, features floor-to-ceiling glass that provides views of the city and Lake Michigan.

The glass and systems: Three different types of vision glass, all low-emissivity: VRE1-46 with a silver tint, VE5-52 with deeper blue tint, and VE1-52 with a lighter blue tint, in the Signature Series window system with horizontal floor slab covers and Terra Swing Series terrace doors.
