1. Warm up: 
a. Briefly, would you summarize your work history, experience, and education for me?
b. Are you able to pass a Drug Screen?

2. Work History: 
a. Can you describe for me one or two of your most important accomplishments?
b. How much supervision have you typically received in you previous jobs?
c. Why are you leaving your current job? (Why did you leave your last job?)
d. What is important to you in a company? What things do you look for in a company?

3. Job Performance: 
a. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses, what are yours?
b. What would you say is the most important thing that you are looking for in a job?
c. Are there any physical limitations that we should be aware of?

4. Career Goals: 
a. What is your long-term employment or careers objective?
b. What kind of job do you see yourself holding five years from now?
c. What do you feel you need to develop in terms of skill and knowledge in order to be ready for that opportunity?
d. What might make you leave this job?

5. Decisiveness: 
a. Do you consider yourself to be thoughtful, analytical or do you usually make up your mind fast?

6. Motivation: 
a. What motivates you in a job?
