Train, Plan and Communicate during COVID-19, from Tim Finley

Tim Finley of TFin Building Solutions says glass companies should use the unexpected downtime during the coronavirus pandemic to train workers, review processes, reach out to customers and more. “We’re doing technical training. It’s amazing the amount of resources that are out there, and we’re offering those resources to our client base. Schedule two modules a day when you’re stuck inside,” Finley says.

Companies can also begin to look ahead, Finley says. “Evaluate your pipeline. What are the next steps to take your business forward?”
