The plant will hire approximately 50 to 75 employees to manage, manufacture and distribute its products to its central Florida customer base. The plant opening is slated for Jan. 1, 2015.
Aldora currently has a satellite location in Altamonte Springs, Fla., that offers stock glass products along with fabricated glass and aluminum products shipped from it Miramar location. “The success of our current Orlando area location has proven the need for a high quality, glass fabricator in the Orlando area. Our customers have asked us to expand products and services to meet their growing needs. This new location will allow us to do just that,” says Ricky Silverstein, president of Aldora and manager of its Miramar location.
