AMG Architectural Glass and Glazing has hired Paul Kitching as general manager and Nick Cohawitz as project manager.

Kitching brings 24 years of experience with established leadership, experience and knowledge in high-volume operations in the construction industry. He will manage the day to day operations of the company and oversee the management of current and upcoming projects.

Kitching has a bachelor of Civil Engineering from Lakehead University and received his certificate as a Registered Professional Engineer from Ontario, Canada.

Cohawitz brings six years of construction experience to AMG, three of those years directly related to glass and glazing. He holds a degree from Temple University with a bachelor’s in Construction Management and Certificates Accredited Glazing Specialist through GANA, USACE Construction Quality Management, OSHA 30, and Nuclear Soil Density Gauge and has extensive training in AutoCAD and Inventor.

Cohawitz will work architects and general contractors to define scope, schedule, and performance through RFI’s and coordination as well buyout and procurement of materials to meet schedule needs while coordinating incoming work with the shop and overseeing and maintaining the budget throughout the project’s entirety.
