Glassworks embezzler sentenced to 10 years in prison
Latrisha Riedling, 43, the former chief financial officer of Glassworks and Architectural Glass Art, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for embezzling $726,907 from the two companies, according to an Aug. 1 courier-journal.com report.
Court records showed that from April 2005 to June 2011, the companies earned more than $700,000 — most of it in cash — yet Riedling deposited only $8,000 into their bank. Riedling's theivery forced Kenneth von Roenn and his daughter Page to sell Glassworks last year, according to the article.
