Developers unveiled their plan for the blighted Block E in downtown Minneapolis on May 4, according to a same-day MPRnews report. The solution involves a casino whose design looks strikingly similar to the proposed expansion of the Target Center next door and the initial proposal for the city's Orchestra Hall renovations: lots of high ceilings, right angles and glass.
