Steve Rosenstock resigned from the National Fenestration Rating Council board prior to the organization's meeting in Jacksonville, Fla., according to a Nov. 11 NFRC release.

Rosenstock cited his inability to commit the time required to effectively fulfill his duties as the reason for his decision. The NFRC board replaced Rosenstock with Roland Temple of AZS Consulting Inc., Gainesville, Fla.

Rosenstock initially joined the board as an energy efficiency representative from the Edison Electric Institute, Washington, D.C.

Temple has more than 20 years of experience in the fenestration industry and has served on the NFRC board of directors as treasurer, past chair of the Ratings Committee, and current chair of the Certification Policy Committee.
