Sika Corp. establishes Silicone Competency Center

Officials of Sika Corp. announced the company has established a Silicone Competency Center in Lakewood, N.J., to serve the needs of customers in the North American facades, fenestration and insulating glass marketplace, according to a July 6 company release. The Silicone Competency Center will be headed by Steve Rosenberg, senior vice president, research and development. Reporting to Rosenberg will be Jeff Knepper, manager, Silicone Research and Development.

"We are excited to establish a comprehensive resource for supporting silicone competencies in North America," Rosenberg said, in the release. "We have in place an excellent and knowledgeable staff to help us grow applications and move forward in our silicone technologies."
