Xinyi Glass Holdings plans to build its first North American manufacturing facility in Ontario, Canada, according to a release from the office of the premier of Ontario, Kathleen Wynne. The premier met with representatives of Xinyi and signed an agreement in principle on behalf of the province that includes a planned $450 million investment. The facility will bring 400 jobs to Ontario, the release reports.
