A glass lite  fell from a highrise apartment on Grosvenor St. in Toronto, Ontario, for the second time in less than two weeks, according to an Aug. 1 report from the Toronto Star.

Police on the scene said they didn't know what floor the glass fell from, or whether the glass came from windows or a balcony. There were no injuries.

According to the Toronto Star, the incident came just 11 days after a similar incident at that same building, when two glass panels from the 18th and 35th floors fell to the ground.

A day later, the city ordered the condo developer to replace the balcony glass on its north tower.
