Employees are often hired for what they know and fired for who they are. In this session, attendees will learn strategies to increase the productivity of the employees they have, create a pipeline of leaders, and develop a company culture that attracts and keeps new labor. The result: increased profit, improved morale, and reduced turnover.

Ask the Expert presentations & interactive breakout sessions
Led by industry experts in their respective fields, these interactive presentations will address some of the leading business concerns of today's contract glaziers: recruitment and retention, cash flow and financing, and the impact of technical codes on your business.
