Code and standard research tool, Washington, D.C., launched v2.0, a Web-based resource providing online access to more than 4,000 building codes and standards from the International Code Council, Washington, D.C., the National Fire Protection Association, Quincy, Mass., and ASTM International, West Conshohocken, Pa. The new version offers simultaneous search and interlinked browsing that allows users to search within codes and standards from multiple publishers concurrently. The online tool also interlinks codes for easier browsing. MadCad v2.0 allows users to customize their online packages according to their needs. In addition, the resource provides real-time filtering, automatic updates and IP authentication.
