Caesars Bacchanal Buffet, located in Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, underwent a multimillion dollar renovation for a post-COVID world. The multimillion-dollar renovation showcases an updated style created by Tetsuo Aoyagi, the original designer of the buffet. Aoyagi, who assisted with the redesign, kept his original concept of nature-inspired design with natural textures and materials like stone and glass woven throughout the space.

The new fish station is covered with carved, textured face glass panels, fabricated by Pulp Studio, that are backed by a mirror with a 4-inch gap between them to convey glass bricks reminiscent of ice caves. The glass vision panels allow guests to have a perfect view of fresh seafood, open-fire roasting grills, new state-of-the-art equipment and professional chefs at work.
