Scott Doeden, vice president of operations
With a proven record as an effective team leader in his 10- year tenure as operations manager, Doeden’s responsibilities will now involve strategic planning for operations; advanced leadership development; capital investment to expand and enhance the manufacturing capabilities of the enterprise; and all other matters relating to company operations.
Tom Ostrowski, regional sales manager
With 13 years of experience as senior estimator and supervisor for inside sales, Ostrowski‘s new role will focus on business development primarily in New England, Texas and California.
Gary Thell, regional sales manager
Previously the director of project management, Thell brings his 30-plus years with the company to the role of business development, serving the Southeastern region of the U.S., as well as all sales responsibilities pertaining to airport noise insulation programs throughout the country.
Andrew Christman, senior estimator
Christman will bring more than 17 years of experience with the company having served first in the production departments and later as staff estimator, in leading the estimating department.
Kelly Worwa, estimator
Worwa moves from her 9-year role as senior drafter to estimator, where she will apply her extensive product and architectural knowledge to creating and composing quotes for new contracts.
Scott Batty, director of project management
With over 12 years of experience serving as a project manager, Batty takes over as director of project management and will lead all aspects of the department pertaining to contract administration, drafting services, project layout for materials procurement, and supervision of the project management staff.
Jessica Carvette, project manager
Carvette brings five years of experience as an assistant project manager to her new role as project manager where she is responsible for all aspects of meeting customer expectations and shepherding projects from a new order to contract close-out.
