Roto North America welcomed Renee Coma to its customer service team. Coma’s customer focus, attention to detail and solution-oriented attitude make her a great fit for this role, according to a company release.
Coma's experience
Coma has prior experience with SAP, which Roto says gives her an edge in assisting customers with quick and thorough information, while her more technical background lends itself naturally to her role in customer service.
Her responsibilities
Coma’s role will include working closely with Roto customers to provide support in the areas of ordering, lead times, product availability, and shipping details. She will also be responsible for the processing of credit applications and contributing to new customer setups.
