Saint-Gobain has been certified as a "Top Employer Global" for the eighth consecutive year. This designation is awarded to only 15 companies worldwide and is a testament to the hard work and dedication of Saint-Gobain's teams. Among the 20 criteria analyzed by the Top Employers Institute, Saint-Gobain made significant progress this year on 15 of them, specifically
- sustainability, up 6.69 percent
- diversity and inclusion, up 3.12 percent),
- digital HR, up 3.04 percent
- well-being, up 2.79 percent, and
- talent acquisition, up 2.43 percent.
