CRL launched its new Adjustable Standoff Railing System. Designed for versatility and functionality, the new railing system hopes to give glazing contractors greater control when installing glass railings.
The Adjustable Standoff Railing System allows up to a 1/2-inch of glass projection adjustment for precise glass alignment when substrates are uneven. Once a glass pane is leveled and aligned with the surrounding panes, the Adjustable Standoff assembly can be easily tightened, securing the railing in place.
Featuring a distinct low-profile design with a 2-inch face diameter, the Adjustable Standoff produces an all-glass look in guardrail applications. Concealed adjustment threads further enhance the standoff’s clean and streamlined appearance.
What CRL says
“The Adjustable Standoff was meticulously engineered to make it easy for glazing professionals to align glass railings,” says Matt Gyore, technical director of architectural railings, CRL. “The simplicity of the device’s exterior design beautifully masks the innovative interior components that provide outstanding performance and versatility.”
