Dow to Showcase Building Science Innovations at GlassBuild

Dow will participate in GlassBuild America 2024, the premier event for the glass, window and door industry in North America, taking place from September 30 through October 2 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas.

In Booth 10002, Dow will highlight its commitments to environmental responsibility and creating an exceptional customer experience through its groundbreaking Carbon-Neutral Silicones for Building Façades program and advanced digital productivity tools, including COnstruction OnLine, or COOL, and Building Science Connect. The company will also showcase recent DOWSIL Brand Product innovations designed to help architects, engineers and builders inspire the futurescape by helping them improve the energy efficiency of buildings, reduce the eco-footprint of construction materials, and improve the health and safety of building occupants.

“Our carbon-neutrality program for DOWSIL Brand Silicones for Building Façades represents a true evolution in silicone carbon-neutrality,” says Jean-Paul Hautekeer, global marketing director, Dow Building & Infrastructure. “Aligned with the industry’s efforts towards developing net-carbon-zero buildings to reduce CO2 emissions, Dow is leading the way in decreasing the embodied carbon present in construction materials.”
