Kuraray Europe GmbH announced the establishment of a new European subsidiary, Kuraray Europe Spain S.L., to reinforce KEG's networks in Europe and accelerate future market development in the Iberian Peninsula.
The new subsidiary will be located at the commercial center “Las Ventas” in Arroyo de la Miel, Málaga, Spain, and will be represented by Antonio Velardo. With six employees, its principal business will be sales of Kuraray Group products and market development in the Iberian Peninsula (initially focused on PVOH resin, PVB resin and PVB films, the scope of business activities will be expanded).
