Permasteelia Names Thomas Jefferson VP of Human Resources

JeffersonPermasteelisa Group has appointed Thomas Jefferson as vice president of human resources for North America. 

Jefferson's experience and responsibilities 

Jefferson is an HR executive with over 30 years of experience in various industries, including telecommunications, machinery and manufacturing, utilities, and window and door manufacturing. 

As an HR executive, Jefferson has led the design and delivery of integrated strategies that have driven employee experience improvements. In his last role as vice president of HR with Anderson Corp., he was directly involved in supporting the growth of the business through acquisition and market expansion, while focusing on employee development and engagement. 

He will report directly to interim executive general manager Mike Pedersen and directly partner with the leadership team to identify and deploy organizational plans of action.
