
Harmon Inc. has announced the promotion of four leaders to roles overseeing construction operations across its key markets.
The appointments
Jacob Johnson has been named vice president of Construction Operations for Harmon’s West Territory, consisting of the Northwest, Southwest, and Midwest regions. With over 20 years of experience in the façade industry, 14 with Harmon, Johnson has managed operations for several offices from Chicago to Portland, in addition to leading the development and expansion of key markets including Southern California, Las Vegas and Denver.
Adam Perkins has been named vice president of Construction Operations for Harmon’s South Central Territory including the Dallas, Houston, and Austin markets. With a strong foundation of industry experience and more than a decade with Harmon, Perkins has taken on roles of increasing responsibility to become a leader driving the company’s growth and success in Texas.
Tim Ryals has been named vice president of Construction Operations for Harmon’s East Territory, consisting of the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. With three decades of experience in the façade industry, nearly 25 with Harmon, Ryals has helped expand Harmon’s reach across the Southeast including the markets of Atlanta, Nashville, Florida, and the Carolinas.
Kevin LaMay has been named vice president of Construction Operations for Harmon’s Northeast Territory which includes New York and Toronto. LaMay’s industry experience spans several decades, half of which have been with Harmon. His impact can be seen in work across New York, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Florida.
