AGC Group announced that it has fully withdrawn from the Russian market, according to a company release.
“AGC Group has been considering the transfer of its Russian business since February 2023, and today we announce that we decided and confirmed the transfer has been completed as follows. With the completion of this transfer, the Group has fully withdrawn from the Russian market,” said officials.
The transferred companies include the following:
- AGC Bor Glassworks JSC (net sales $97 million)
- AGC Flat Glass Klin LLC (net sales $129 million)
