In an organizational statement from Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope sent to employees, CEO Bruno Biasiotta announced that Arty Feles, president of CRL, has informed OBE that he is resigning from the company due to personal circumstances, effective immediately. The company has accepted his resignation and wish him the best in his future endeavors, says Biasiotta.
“This decision is unrelated to our strategic roadmap, business direction, or differences in executing the value creation thesis in OBE,” says Biasiotta.
In the interim, Biasiotta will serve as acting president while the company determines a permanent solution.
