Business Pilot Teams Up with Paradigm for US Market
Ahead of its inaugural appearance at Glass Build America, Business Pilot has announced its new integration with Paradigm Vendo, a home improvement contractor sales app in the USA.
The two digital business and sales management platforms are now seamlessly integrated via an API, to remove double entry input and help improve business efficiency.
How it works
Customer details, lead information, and sales appointments entered into the Business Pilot system are pulled through to the Paradigm Vendo platform ready for quoting and selling jobs virtually or in the home.
Quote and sales information from Paradigm Vendo is then fed back to Business Pilot where contracts, finance, installation dates, purchase orders, and stock can be managed. It also collates live data into personalized dashboards, to help contractors manage their business more efficiently and effectively.
What people are saying
“We’re excited to be taking Business Pilot to contractors in the US, and having an API with Paradigm Vendo ready-built is a perfect way to launch our offer at Glass Build America," says Ryan Schofield, Technical Director at Business Pilot. “We’ve had incredible success with APIs in the UK, each one built to make life easier for British installers, and we are taking the same approach as we take Business Pilot to the US. Paradigm Vendo is one of the leading sales apps for American home improvement and renovation contractors, which is why we were so keen to develop this API and make them our first US partner.”
“Paradigm continually looks for efficient and innovative ways to help home improvement contractors get their jobs done more efficiently and effectively. The combination of BP’s intuitive CRM and Paradigm Vendo’s end-to-end selling technology streamlines the selling process and helps close more deals,” says Mike Storck, Paradigm Vendo Product Director.
At Glass Build America, they will be at booth #4004.
