Crawford-Tracey Corp. hired Dennis Campbell as the company’s new safety director. He replaces the recently retired Hank Coombs, who had previously been both a safety director and superintendent for the company.
Campbell will strictly focus on safety. His role is to ensure the company’s office, shop and field employees are safe and comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines and the company’s safety program. He will perform tool talks, coordinate with the general contractor’s safety teams, provide on-site training as required, and monitor the project sites to certify adherence to OSHA and project guidelines.
“Dennis brings a wealth of industry experience and will be a valuable part of our executive team,” says Ray Crawford, president, Crawford-Tracey Corp. “Today, more than ever, this position plays a critical role in our industry, and Dennis will be instrumental in ensuring that our company continues to be at the forefront in employee and jobsite safety.”
Campbell has over 23 years’ experience in project management, occupational safety, construction/emergency management services, safety prevention programs and worker’s compensation claims management.
