A forklift operator died as a result of an accident at Fuyao Glass America’s Moraine, Ohio, facility, according to reporting by WDTN.com. According to the report, the employee was killed after a load of glass weighing about 2,100 pounds fell from the forklift.
Police and medics were called to the scene, where the male employee was later pronounced dead. The coroner has ruled his death an accident, and police continue to investigate the accident.
