Fuyao Glass America has agreed to pay $1.3 million in a class action lawsuit, according to a Nov. 26 article in the Dayton Daily News. The lawsuit was brought forward in 2017 by more than 600 current and former Ohio-based employees alleging the company violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay overtime.
