Garibaldi GlassDay, the tenth annual educational event for the glass industry, hosted by Garibaldi Glass, will be held May 5 in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. The event brings together industry professionals including architects, glaziers, engineers, contractors, designers, developers, and more from North America and Europe. Attendees have the opportunity to attend AIA/AIBC accredited seminars (up to 5 learning credits), plant tours, and vendor displays, and social gatherings.
“With an expected attendance of hundreds of industry professionals, GlassDay promises to be a high energy, educational experience with industry veterans, experts, speakers, and leaders sharing their knowledge and insights,” say GlassDay organizers. “Our goal is for attendees to leave with new connections, education, and a smile on their faces.”
Andrew Haring, vice president of business development for the National Glass Association, will participate in a panel addressing the potential downshift in the market and the arising opportunities that economic change can present. The panel will raise awareness of trending economics, provide ideas for building upon existing and developing new strategic collaborations or partnerships, and discuss available digital technologies.
