Judge Grants Workers Class-Action Status in Fuyao Glass America Suit

According to the Dayton Daily News, a federal judge granted workers and former workers at Fuyao Glass America class-action status in their on-going lawsuit against the company. The workers currently suing the company have alleged that employers failed to pay workers for overtime and to did not grant meal breaks and off-duty time appropriately.
