Laurier Architectural Personalizes Communication with Chatbox on Website

Laurier Architectural, a Novatech Group company, has implemented a Chatbox system accessible to all from its website. The Chatbox allows visitors to communicate immediately with an expert from the group and have personalized conversations. The team launched Chatbox in response to widespread teleworking and the need for a new communication channel.
 
The Novatech Group is very active on social networks, as well as on traditional means of communication, and is now one of the first companies of the industry in Canada to implement a Chatbox service, according to officials.
 
This project led by Nicolas Riou was set up with a team composed of Judith Raymond, Lucie Vézina, Vincent Rousseau, Nicolas Riou, Mélanie Mercier and Robert Daoust.
