Canadian Premium Sand Inc., a Canadian sand mining company that announced in March it plans to build a float glass plant, has initiated a front end engineering and design study for the new plant, according to reporting in the Market Herald.
The company also announced that it had received interest from a U.S. investor, and has agreed to a private placement of $1 million.
