NSG Group announced several proposed changes to its Board of Directors, which will take effect June 29, 2022. The changes will take place at the end of the 156th Ordinary general meeting of shareholders; some appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
- Yasuyuki Kimoto, external director and chairperson of the board, is retiring.
- Shinji Asatsuma will become external director.
- Munehiro Hosonuma, currently the representative executive officer, vice president and COO, will also take on the title of director.
- Tony Fradgley, currently the senior executive officer and chief transformation officer, will also take on the title of director.
