NSG Group proposed changes to its board of directors and executive team, effective June 29.
Changes to the board include the following:
- Eriko Sakurai will become the external director
- Shigeki Mori, currently the chairperson of the company, will be the executive officer
- Tony Fradgley, currently the senior executive officer, will be retiring from the board
Changes to the executive team include the following:
- Shigeki Mori will become executive officer
- Akihito Okochi will become senior executive officer and chief financial officer
