The Specialty Fenestration Group National Sales Meeting was held Jan. 23-26, 2023, in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, at the headquarters of security window and door systems manufacturer U.S. Bullet Proofing. SFG is the parent company of USBP and Quikserv transaction windows.
What was the meeting regarding?
SFG marketing director Brian Hanson says that the meeting was a collaboration of knowledge sharing.
“Over six hundred years of industry experience with some of the most influential sales reps in the business were united under one roof at U.S. Bullet Proofing,” says Hanson. “Attendees were exposed to best-in-class field expertise along with classroom training & product demonstrations.”
According to Hanson, the focus of the meeting was on ways to increase education, innovation and productivity. Among the topics discussed were new ballistic, blast, forced-entry, and storm-rated aluminum products that fortify facilities with the most aggressive security requirements while still meeting the energy conservation and attractive aesthetics required for today’s building designs. Attendees were also trained on the evolving trends and requirements for transaction systems in the market designed to enhance the customer experience. Manufacturer representatives Terry Brown and The Z Group were both recognized with SFG’s Top Performance Awards.
