Lockmasters has acquired JLM Wholesale.
The combined companies and complementary cultures hope to provide its customer base with access to an enhanced suite of security products with many benefits. Benefits are expected to include greater portfolio of products and services, products and tools using Lockmasters’ customer-centric manufacturing and design expertise, expanded inventory, superior personalized technical support, and training and education.
JLM says that customers' contacts and the way it does business will remain unchanged as part of this transaction.
