Salem Fabrication Technologies Group Inc. acquired K&W Grinding, a diamond wheel and tool restoration company, effective Dec. 30, 2024. This acquisition marks Salem FTG’s fourth strategic expansion and reinforces its commitment to delivering best-in-class products and services to its customers, say officials.

The addition of K&W Grinding enhances Salem FTG’s capabilities in tool restoration and precision re-profiling, providing customers with expanded services to extend the life and performance of diamond tooling.
