Trulite announced the acquisition of Dependable Glass Works headquartered in Covington, Louisiana.
Trulite announced the expansion of Dependable Glass Works with the construction of a new facility near its current location. This investment will enhance capabilities and support future growth, with construction beginning soon and an anticipated move in early 2026.
This is the second acquisition in the past week for Trulite, having previously announced the acquisition of Insulite.
