Voilap and Mappi

Voilàp Glass, the holding company formed by Voilàp SpA and Mamisa, the holding company owned by the Spezzani family, has announced the completion of its acquisition of a 51% majority stake in Mappi International. Mappi designs and manufactures equipment for glass tempering and laminating.

The remaining 49% of Mappi International’s shares will remain with Nancy Mammaro, who, along with Ermanno Petitti, will continue to lead the company, ensuring its growth trajectory as president and CEO. This acquisition aims to further consolidate Voilàp Group’s presence in the glass processing machinery sector, complementing its investment in Keraglass.
