DreamLine, a provider of glass shower doors, enclosures and accessories under the DreamLine and Arizona Shower Door brands, was acquired by the American Bath Group. DreamLine, is headquartered in Warminster, Pennsylvania and is a a portfolio company of MPE Partners. The American Bath Group is a portfolio company of Centerbridge Partners.

This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, due diligence and negotiation phases of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
