Cardinal Glass Industries Closes AGC Acquisition Deal

Cardinal Glass Industries announced that it finalized the transaction to acquire the assets of AGC Glass in Churchill, Tennessee; Abingdon, Virginia; and Spring Hill, Kansas. The company first announced the acquisition in a June 15 release.

Cardinal Glass Industries, is a private, management-owned company headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The company has over 8,800 employees, and operates from 40 factories nationwide.
