CGH Senior Management Team, Czech Asset Management Acquire Consolidated Glass Holdings

Consolidated Glass Holdings Inc. and its affiliates announced they have been acquired by new owners, including the CGH Senior Management Team, and a minority investment made by Czech Asset Management, L.P. and its affiliates. CGH’s affiliates include J.E. Berkowitz, Solar Seal, Columbia Commercial Building Products and Dlubak, Global Security Glazing.
