Fenzi Group Announces Acquisition of Advanced Glass Technologies

Fenzi Holdings SPV S.p.A acquired Johnson Matthey’s Advanced Glass Technologies business, a global provider of specialist glass enamels and precious metal pastes supplied mainly to the automotive sector. The acquisition is expected to close in the spring of 2022.
