Hartung Glass Industries Acquires All Weather Glass & Aluminum’s Phoenix Facility
Hartung Glass Industries executed an agreement to acquire All Weather Glass & Aluminum in Phoenix. The transaction is effective Aug.1. Hartung is excited to expand its core business offering into this new market, while continuing to service AWGAA customers.

All Weather General Manager Alan Vasquez and Hartung Chief Operating Officer Paul Mahedy both shared their excitement about the acquisition, “The All Weather team is extremely pleased to join the growing Hartung Family.
