Isoclima Group Acquires Global Security Glazing, Dlubak
Isoclima Group, a supplier of high performance glass and transparent solutions, acquired Global Security Glazing and Dlubak Specialty Glass Corp. from SSI Consolidated Holdings.

The Isoclima Group was established in 1977, in Este, in the province of Padua in Italy's Northeast. Isoclima, in partnership with some of the world’s leading companies in the automotive, aerospace, marine and rail businesses, has developed a series of products, such as Omniarmor, Omnilite, Isolite, and many more.
