MI Windows and Doors acquired Temperance, Michigan-based vinyl replacement window manufacturer Sunrise Windows & Doors. This is the second acquisition for MI in just over a year; the company acquired Milgard Windows & Doors in November in 2019.

The acquisition aligns with MI’s strategy to expand its presence in currently underserved channels and end markets, according to the company.
