Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope Acquires Sigco LLC

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, part of CRH’s Americas Products Division, acquired privately-held Sigco LLC effective July 6. Sigco is based in Westbrook, Maine.

Sigco will operate as Sigco, a CRH Company, led by Dave McElhinny and the rest of the existing management team.
