What the company says
"Roy and Chad have been instrumental in our company’s growth and development; naming them partners is well deserved by both of them. As Louisiana's only founder-run glass company now with diversified ownership, we have broken the mold of single generational family-owned glass and glazing contractors," says Gareth Reardon, CEO and president of Synergy Glass Company. "This move provides a path for current and future employees to be rewarded for their efforts beyond a paycheck while at the same time adding stability and longevity not only to our current operations but well into the future."
"We are proud of what we have accomplished over the past 10 years and excited about what the future holds," says Reardon. "We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality glazing services and building long-lasting relationships with them.”
